Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC field experience
• CFC, EPA, and NATE certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean, professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with sheet metal and ductwork
• Vocational school degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or under budgeted labor hours
• Educate clients on system operation, available programs, and ensure complete satisfaction
• Follow company procedures to improve efficiency in sales and installations
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites, company vehicles, and assigned areas
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling jobs and parts as needed
• Maintain and utilize required tools and equipment for installations
• Keep all required certifications current and maintain insurability under company policies
• Process and complete all paperwork daily
• Maintain strong safety practices on job sites, in company vehicles, and in the warehouse
