Position Overview :

We are looking for a Document Control Admin to support a dynamic electrical construction team. You’ll ensure accurate handling and organization of critical project documentation—supporting Project Engineers and PMs with RFIs, submittals, permits, and drawings across multiple active sites.

Location : Smyrna, GA (30082)

Pay Rate : $25–$28 / hr (up to $31 / hr for a top candidate)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, start between 7–9am (core hours 9–4)

Type : Temp-to-Hire (6 months)

Work Arrangement : Onsite only

Key Requirements :

  • 2+ years of Document Control experience in construction or electrical engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and permits
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Able to manage repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

Preferred :

  • Experience with Procore, SharePoint, Bluebeam, or Autodesk

    • College degree a plus
