What You'll Do : As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Providing wound care and essential nursing interventions
• Supervising Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
