Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analyses and recommendations

Support organizational trainings and process documentation by identifying gaps and proposing improvements

Manage and execute recurring educational webinars, including planning and coordination

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or education

4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or program operations

Experience conducting assessments of program effectiveness and documenting processes

Experience coordinating meetings, virtual trainings, or webinars

Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
