Counseling Office Program Assistant-Data Entry & Scheduling

This is a great opportunity to assist the Executive Director of with management of the operations of the agency. You will enter private, personal information about clients into our database and schedule appointments with our therapists. You will also, at certain periods prepare reports on FACES statistics and assist with compiling monthly reports for the board of directors.

• This is from 9 am to 1 pm. You will be given work assignments and interact with the Executive Director for ongoing training. : 09 : 00 to 11 : 45 PST
• This is from 1 pm to 5 pm. You will be given work assignments and interact with the Executive Director for ongoing training. : 13 : 00 to 16 : 45 PST
