Key Responsibilities
Define learning objectives, create course outlines, and develop content and instructor guides for online training programs
Manage content development from inception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client needs into curriculum requirements and provide guidance on online learning design best practices
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a Learning or Instructional Designer role
Experience in designing corporate training for AI and related technical topics
Expertise in creating courses for both synchronous and asynchronous online learning
Data-driven and results-oriented with a collaborative spirit
