D.I.B Automotive Group – A trusted name in the Houston area with 7 locations (Yes Auto Fix, Space Spa Car Wash, Master Certified Collision/Transmission, and Kingwood Tire & Auto).

About Us:

At D.I.B Automotive Group, we’ve been proudly serving the Houston area for over 25 years. With multiple ASE-certified and I-CAR certified facilities, we are committed to providing top-notch auto repair, maintenance, collision, and customer care. We’re growing fast and looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Business Development Center (BDC).

Position: BDC Representative

As a BDC Representative, your role is focused on call-backs, follow-ups, and lead management. You will be responsible for re-engaging customers, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring that every customer inquiry receives timely and professional attention.

Responsibilities:
  • Call back customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.

  • Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources.

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with store managers.

  • Track leads and opportunities through CRM systems.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the D.I.B Automotive Group brand professionally.

  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every customer interaction.

Requirements:
  • Previous automotive industry experience is required.

  • Previous BDC, customer service, or call center experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus).

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
