Job Title : Licensed Process Server

Employment Type : Independent Contractor (1099)

ProVest is one of the largest legal support services firms in the U.S., specializing in the service of process for some of the most prestigious law firms and financial institutions. We handle thousands of legal documents each year, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints.

ProVest LLC is seeking a Court appointed Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Chatham, GA.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position , with weekly compensation based on completed jobs . We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Ideal candidates include :

  • Licensed Private Investigators
  • Experienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments (required)
  • Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Make diligent service attempts :
  • Up to 5 attempts (varied times : morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
  • Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
  • Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
  • Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to :

    • Upload photo evidence of addresses

  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes

    • Requirements

  • Judge signed court appointments
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Active auto insurance
  • Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
