North Ridgeville for an

Entry Level Machine Operator

L ocation : North Ridgeville, OH

Pay Rate : $14.00 / hour to start - earn more as you learn more.

Shift : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Type : Temp-to-Hire – Eligible for raise and benefits once hired on

Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Job Summary :

Crucial Link Staffing is hiring for an Entry Level Machine Operator in North Ridgeville! This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a long-term career in manufacturing. Training opportunities exist for the right candidate to learn directly from a master machinist - no prior experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

If you're the right person, with the right attitude, and the right capacity for this industry, you can be trained to be a $100,000 / yr employee.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate production machines safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload parts, inspect for quality, and record basic measurements
  • Follow instructions from senior machinists and shift leads
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Assist with setup, adjustments, and general production support

Qualifications :

  • No prior machining experience required – mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
