Project Executive- Education project experience required.

Location : Bay

Compensation : 200-250k+ 100% employer-paid benefits and bonus.

Opportunity :

Join a well-established, $250M General Contractor with deep roots across Southern California. With a diverse portfolio and a strong backlog throughout the Bay and West Coast, we’re seeking a PX to take ownership of complex K-12, higher education, and healthcare construction projects.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and client relations
  • Mentor and manage Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and Supers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
  • Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all phases
  • Partner with executives on long-term project planning and team development

What We’re Looking For :

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong background in education projects.
  • Proven leadership managing jobs in the $10M–$50M range or larger
  • Deep knowledge of project documentation, contracts, and cost control
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and stakeholders toward successful delivery
