Who You Are

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
  • Organized, coachable, and team-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
  • Licensed real estate agent (or in process of obtaining license).

    • What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with buyers and sellers through consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses.
  • Manage transactions from contract to close with professionalism.
  • Use NAV systems and training to grow your personal business.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $48,000 – $190,000+ per year (Commission + Bonus)
