Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in life insurance administration. Professional insurance certifications (e.g., FIC, FLMI, CLU) preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Field Performance Specialist Midwest Region
This is a remote position.
Symbiotic Services is currently seeking a Field Performance Specialist to support and drive operational excellence for field teams across the Midwest. This position plays a critical role in managing and motivating General Agents and their staff to achieve key performance targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage activities across assigned field agencies to support achievement of core business metrics : Production, Manpower, Applications, and IARs.
- Provide consistent guidance and motivation to General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and administrative staff.
- Regularly visit agencies in person to assess performance, offer support, and ensure operational alignment.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement field development strategies and resolve operational challenges.
