About the Role :

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! In this critical role, you’ll ensure outgoing shipments are prepared with accuracy and incoming deliveries are received and organized efficiently. You’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly while maintaining high standards for safety, organization, and quality.

What You’ll Do :

Pull, prepare, stage, and document daily customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Ensure all materials are labeled, packaged, and prepared to ship at the highest standards.

Plan and stage large truckload shipments in advance.

Receive incoming deliveries, check documentation, label products, and organize inventory.

Maintain and organize inventory space for upcoming shipments and reconcile counts weekly and monthly.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (sit-down forklift experience required).

Maintain warehouse organization, consolidate inventory, and keep shipping areas clean.

Manage warehouse supplies and shipping calendar updates.

Collaborate with management to address operational issues and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse role.

ERP system experience is required.

Sit-down forklift experience (current certification preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently.
