Experience : 7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture with a strong focus on media marketing, customer data, real-time personalization, and CDP implementations. Technical Skills : Expertise in Tealium / Adobe, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target. Expertise in CDPs (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP). Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages. Experience with data integration tools and technologies. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP). Other Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized. Passion for data-driven marketing and customer experience.
Technology Expertise :
- Deep understanding of MarTech stack, including Tealium, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target.
- Expertise in CDPs (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP,).
- Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP).
