Confidential Search for Global Power & Automation Leader

Industry : Energy & Industrial Automation

Degree : Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Related

Experience : 5-15 years in automation / controls systems

Role : Sales Engineer - Automation

Combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen in this fully remote Sales Engineer role. You'll drive business growth by identifying new markets, building executive relationships, and positioning cutting-edge automation solutions for a global leader in power and thermal management.

Requirements :

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years in automation / controls systems (PLC, VFD, SCADA)
1+ year in sales OR 5+ years in applications engineering with customer interface
Strong understanding of control system design and coding
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Background solving complex automation challenges
Comfortable advocating solutions to technical and executive audiences
