Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have high attention to detail, and are a team player, our Warehouse Associate position in Chino, CA is the perfect role for you! Joining our DC means you're joining a team who's invested in you. With an emphasis on safety and work / life balance, our teams go above and beyond to invest in our Associates. As you meet production and safety goals, you'll be celebrating your achievements!

Compensation and Hours :

  • Starting pay is $18.50 per hour + $0.50 shift differential
  • Potential to earn overtime
  • Step pay
  • Position will be 1st shift from 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm (SUN-THU)

What will you be doing?

  • Order Picking and Packing : Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
  • Receiving and Inspection : Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands

  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail required
