Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | On-Call & Manager-on-Duty Rotation
Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to lead clinical care while still having meaningful interaction with residents and staff — not just pass meds and chart.
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys mentoring caregivers, coordinating care, and maintaining high clinical standards in a calm assisted living environment.

$40–$42/hour

Oversee resident care and nursing services
Complete assessments and medication administration
Monitor health changes and coordinate physician communication
Ensure compliance with CT assisted living regulations
Supervise and coach nursing staff and aides
Evaluate staff competency and provide guidance
Support a positive and accountable care team culture
Maintain documentation accuracy
Support quality assurance initiatives
Participate in on-call and Manager-on-Duty rotation
This is a leadership role — visible, supportive, and engaged with both residents and staff daily.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Connecticut
Experience working with older adults preferred
Leadership and delegation skills
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs
