1099 Independent Contractor - Client Referral Specialist

Location: Broward County, FL / Galt Mile

Compensation: Commission-Based Per Referral

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial 1099 Independent Contractor to join our referral program as a Client Referral Specialist. In this commission-based role, you will generate new business through client referrals. You will leverage your network and marketing skills to connect potential clients to our services/products, earning a percentage of the revenue generated from each successful referral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our offerings.

• Refer qualified leads to the business (or sales team), ensuring the referral is accurately tracked.

• Keep a record of all client referrals and follow-up to ensure successful conversions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to pitch to potential clients confidently.

• Meet or exceed monthly referral targets to maximize commission earnings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client referral programs (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Comfortable with remote work and using digital tools for communication and tracking.

• Previous experience in the Home Care field.

Compensation Structure:

• Commission-based compensation: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from each client referral that converts into a sale.
