What You'll Do :

• Lead project management for high-priority joint workstreams
• Develop and maintain project trackers, detailed timelines, and deliverables dashboards to ensure all parties have visibility into key milestones and dependencies.
• Manage planning and follow-up for all weekly and biweekly coordination calls, capturing actions, ensuring timely completion, and escalating issues as needed.
• Support proposal and grant process management by consolidating documents, maintaining filing systems, and version-controlling deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate across workstreams (Program Advocacy & Communications, Program Strategy Team, Operations, Strategy, Legal) to align on review and approval timelines.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges : The targeted hourly pay range is $70 to $86 / HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
