The Role We're looking for a dynamic, growth-obsessed leader to join our executive team as Chief Growth Officer. This role owns the entire commercial growth engine—recruiting, marketing, referral development, and payor strategy. You'll be the driver behind OMS360's revenue growth, margin expansion, and strategic scale, while also championing the patient-facing tech that defines the future of oral surgery.

What You'll Do Build and scale provider recruiting funnels, from doctors to residents.

Own marketing across referral, digital, and direct-to-patient channels.

Expand referral networks through field sales and practice liaison strategy.

Lead payor strategy and negotiations to maximize value.

Drive adoption of tech that improves patient access and engagement.

Partner with Finance, Ops, and BD to align growth with integration.

Launch high-impact projects that accelerate OMS360's growth.

What You Bring 10+ years leading growth in dental, healthcare, or multi-site services.

Proven success scaling recruiting, marketing, and referral pipelines.

Expertise in payor negotiations and healthcare revenue models.

Entrepreneurial mindset—equally strong in strategy and execution.
