Location : Tea, SD (right off I-29)

Work Hours : 7 : 00am to 4 : 30pm Monday - Friday

Position Summary :

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of products. They work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
• Design and implement production systems and workflows, including the selection of equipment and tools.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry and company standards.
• Identity and resolve quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective materials, components, and manufacturing methods.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions to streamline manufacturing processes.
• Lead or participate in projects related to process improvement, capacity expansion, and new product introductions.
• Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement process changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work on creating a safe working environment for employees.
• Identify areas for improvement that drive Lean manufacturing practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Training :

Experience :

Proficient in CAD Software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Note : The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is eligible for a bonus.
