Dish Machine Operator

Dish Machine Operator Job Duties :

• Washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the dish room area and kitchen.
• Empties trash cans.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks and trash cans weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent and regular basis. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Education :

Ability to communicate in English is desirable.

Experience :

No prior experience required.

Qualifications :

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must be able to converse with guests in a warm, friendly, gracious manner. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. Must enjoy guest service, have excellent organization skills and sense of timing.

Physical :

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks and trash cans weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent and regular basis. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Wage & Benefits Offered

$20.24 - $22.00 Hourly + Tips

Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. Paid Time Off is available for all back of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 26 hours worked.
