Renew Beauty Medspa is looking to fill our Patient Coordinator & Consultant position. ( Bilingual a plus-English & Spanish). With 17 years leading in the industry, we are growing and expanding. Join our team and contribute to creating a seamless and positive journey for our valued patients. Along with patient care / concierge, this role includes communication with patients via phone, ai messaging, & social media.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate patient appointments and provide exceptional customer service.

• Take patient Pre & Post Photos
• Assist in client numbing & forms
• Assist Nurses

Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.

Manage inquiries via phone, email, ai messaging, and in-person, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Maintain organized patient records, handle administrative tasks, and assist with billing.

Contribute to marketing initiatives via social media and foster a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

Qualifications :

Must be open to work weekends

Previous experience in Medspa customer service or patient coordination.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with medical spa services and terminology.

Proficient in scheduling software and basic office applications.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus
