The Field Sales Consultant role is a hands-on, outdoor position focused on generating leads, building relationships, and helping homeowners protect their properties. You’ll introduce customers to our roofing and insurance restoration services, schedule free inspections, and guide them through the process.

You’ll start with paid training and a base pay, then move into a commission-based role with weekly bonuses and no income cap. The company handles all back-end operations — you focus on selling, growing, and earning.

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to generate qualified leads

• Schedule free roof inspections and maintain consistent follow-up
  
  

• Use digital tools (SalesRabbit, JobNimbus) to track leads and manage workflow
  
  

• Attend team meetings and field training sessions
