What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors to drive consistent loan volume
- Assess clients’ financial profiles to match them with the most suitable mortgage solutions
- Guide clients through the full mortgage process with clarity, professionalism, and expert advice
- Coordinate with our in-house operations and processor network to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Stay informed on market trends, new loan products, and changing lending regulations

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan OfficerStrong track record in sales, pipeline management, and referral generationDeep knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, and portfolio loansTech-savvy with CRM and LOS proficiencyExcellent communication and client relationship skillsActive NMLS license requiredCompensation
