Research Analyst (Phoenix) - Commercial Real Estate

Position Responsibilities

:

• Conduct comprehensive market research, encompassing data sourcing and analysis, information evaluation, and analytical reporting.
• Collect and uphold current market data.
• Produce quarterly market reports that identify essential supply and demand trends and market drivers.
• Collaborate with our national brokerage teams to assist in crafting marketing and research proposals.
• Proficiently communicate analysis results in written form.
• Fulfill any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned as the company grows.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting various real estate data types.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CoStar and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capability to manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• The capacity to work independently and cooperatively with others. A team player with a robust work ethic and a genuine passion for the commercial real estate industry
