Service Advisor

About the Role
Mark Toyota of Plover is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and the service department—delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring every client leaves with confidence in their vehicle and satisfaction with their experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs
Accurately document repair requests and provide service estimates
Recommend maintenance and repair options in clear, easy-to-understand terms
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
Keep customers informed on service progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain strong customer relationships to build trust and loyalty
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Service Advisor / Writer preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills (phone & in-person)
Ability to clearly explain technical information in non-technical terms
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to adapt to evolving business needs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
