Hiring Professional Security Officers (Armed / Unarmed)

Position Requirements (MANDATORY) :

  • An official photo ID.
  • Social security or equivalent.
  • Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview).
  • Working cellphone.
  • Reliable transportation — must arrive ON TIME..
  • Ability to write clear, detailed daily reports done in [Vision Insight Report Tracker].
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Clean, neat, professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  • Must follow UPA’s Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions.
  • Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Starting Pay : $16.50 per hour or More.
  • Pay Schedule : Bi-weekly, with no check holdback.
  • Overtime : Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
  • Payroll : Direct Deposit available. W-2 provided.
