We’re seeking a Program Manager to accelerate and optimize a strategic Insurance Operations Workflow Transformation program that is already in motion. This role focuses on execution excellence—ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and driving measurable outcomes. If you excel at navigating complex initiatives, sustaining momentum, and delivering results, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As Program Manager, you will :

  • Ensure program continuity and execution against an established strategy and governance framework.
  • Lead multiple interdependent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across business and IT.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain executive engagement through steering committees and sponsor communications.
  • Refine and update program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency tracking as priorities evolve.
  • Champion change management and operational readiness for successful adoption.
  • Reinforce PMO and Agile best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive requirements clarity by refining stories and enforcing intake readiness criteria.
  • Establish and maintain centralized program documentation and standards.
  • Define success metrics and implement automated dashboards for transparent, data-driven reporting.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across IT and Operations, influencing without direct authority.
  • Drive workflow transformation initiatives and system implementation programs to completion.
  • Oversee financial performance, resource allocation, and vendor accountability.
  • Track KPIs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (PgMP, PMP, SAFe) strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years in project / program management, including 3+ years leading enterprise programs.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services operations highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in workflow transformation and technology integration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs and build metrics frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience managing vendor accountability and outcomes (not just coordination).
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Jira, and portfolio management tools.Agile Scrum, PMP Certification, IT project management, Project Management, Atlassian Jira, Program Management, Program metrics, SAFe Agilist, Program planning, Program roadmaps, Program development, Finance, KPI Reporting
