Structural Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) to serve as a Project Manager for civil/site development and infrastructure projects in the Indianapolis area. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships, and oversee technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver civil engineering projects, including site design, grading, utilities, drainage, and roadway improvements.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers, designers, and technical staff.

• Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans, specifications, and reports.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and permitting agencies.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.

• 6+ years of civil engineering experience, including project management.

• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead project teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
