Sales Assistant

Position Summary :

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Sales Assistant . The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support

• Documentation Management : Organize and maintain sales documents, including purchase agreements, financing paperwork, and vehicle registration forms.
• Data Entry : Enter and update customer and vehicle information in the dealership's database systems.
• Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate test drives and sales appointments with sales representatives and potential customers.

Customer Service

Greeting Customers : Welcome customers to the dealership with friendly and professional demeanor.

Customer Inquiries : Respond to customer questions and concerns, providing information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.

Follow-Up : Assist in following up with prospective buyers to answer any additional questions and encourage sales.

Inventory Management

Vehicle Preparation : Ensure that vehicles on the lot are clean, fueled, and ready for demonstration or delivery.

Inventory Monitoring : Assist in tracking vehicle inventory levels and coordinating with the sales team to ensure availability.

Sales Support

Sales Assistance : Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, brochures, and promotional materials.

Deal Closure Support : Assist sales representatives during the closing process by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring all paperwork is complete.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management software is a plus.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.

Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 lbs.

Previous experience in a dealership or customer service role.

Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a plus.
