5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
Public sector / government agency implementation experience is highly preferred
Proven team leadership experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation
Strong experience with manual Salesforce testing; familiarity with accessibility tools (Jaws, Dragon, ZoomText) strongly preferred.
