Key Responsibilities
Organize and clean up financial records to align with year-end accounting needs
Process invoices, payments, and collections to maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations to verify consistency between company records and bank statements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, including cleanup and reconciliation projects
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Familiarity with general ledger maintenance and journal entry posting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a contract-based setting
