Senior Operations Director

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management to staff in alignment with company values

Develop strategic relationships with customers and ensure compliance across departments

Collaborate with the President to achieve business goals and oversee financial reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred

10+ years of experience in the US Federal Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry

10+ years of experience in Business and Operations Management in the Public Sector

5+ years of experience in US Federal Business Strategy and Development

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
