This Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily operations by providing administrative, clerical, and data entry assistance across multiple departments. What’s the job?

• Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and databases

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

• File, scan, and organize physical and electronic documents

• Greet visitors and assist with general office coordination

• Support internal departments with administrative tasks and reporting projects

What’s needed?

• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
