Job Summary :

The Junior Product Engineer supports new product development and continuous improvement initiatives across our hydraulic repair product lines. This role is responsible for creating and updating engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while collaborating with Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to bring new products to market quickly and accurately. The position also helps maintain the integrity of existing product data and designs across internal systems.

Essential Functions :

• Supports the design, prototyping, testing, and documentation of new products using drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other product development activities.
• Maintain engineering and inventory databases and other records or files.
• Provide technical and design assistance to customers, other departments or company branches including seal failure analysis.
• Approve products, materials, prints, designs or design revisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize high-impact product initiatives and accelerate time to market.
