Guardian Angels Homecare has immediate PCA-Personal Care Assistant  position available. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, reliable, a good communicator and experienced.

Responsibilities include :

  • Helping with bathing / personal care / grooming / dressing / undressing
  • Support clients who can't move on their own / turning / positioning / transferring
  • Monitor skin care / observation / treatment
  • Ensure client receives their medication on time / Cues
  • Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment / Making bed
  • Laundry
  • Meal Preparation / Planning according to client's restrictions / Feeding
  • Grocery shopping / Errands / Accompany to medical appointments
  • Socialization / Conversation / Emotional support

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year home care experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • A valid driver's license and your own insured vehicle
  • Able to do housework and cooking
  • Hoyer lift experience is a plus
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Schedule :

  • Monday thru Friday
  • Weekend availability
