    • Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as needed.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax preparers as necessary.

    • Core Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of staff accounting or general ledger experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.

    • Location : Elkhart, IN

    Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday

    Compensation : $54,000-$68,000 annually
