Golden Years Home Care is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic sales manager, who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new referral contacts, engages the community, connects with online leads, and is an excellent closer for our position in Home Care. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)

Participate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies. - Preparing internal and external documents

- Managing office supplies and marketing materials

- Schedule , manage employee schedules. Desired Skills and Qualifications

: - Understanding of home care office operations a plus, but not necessary.

- Strong writing skills - Strong computer skills

- Fast and accurate data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

- Self -starter and independent producer.

- Social Media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary.

- Highly organized / Polished Professional Image/ no ego issues and cannot be frustrated easily

- Must work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles in order to complete tasks / resilient approach to completing task

* Base salary plus commission.

* Profit sharing- contingent upon meeting quarter goals.
