Clinical Nurse III - Main Operating Room, Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications, including starting IVs and performing treatments as outlined by company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions accurately.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs for care, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions effectively.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a variety of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized Plans of Care.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel to uphold professional nursing standards.
