Central Engineering Manager

As the Central Engineering Manager, you'll oversee the Central Engineering department and ensure their top-notch delivery of services. This includes boiler repair, replacement projects and smooth project transitions. The successful manager will drive precision, have an eye for detail, effectively communication with both customers and internal teams, and possess robust management to see projects through to successful completion.

Prior proven success in a people management role is critical for this role. Drive prompt and quality delivery of all projects and collaborate with engineers, contractors, end-users, and internal teams to resolve field issues promptly.

As the technical expert, you’ll provide final approval of product selections on complex projects, oversee the design layouts, quotes, product shipments, installation and completion of projects as well as provide support to the Service Department for field-related issues.

Stay abreast of industry standards and technological advancements and help to drive the company’s growth.

Requirements 5+ years of proven people management experience High school diploma is required.

Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to support multiple projects.

Boiler/HVAC knowledge is highly desirable and a technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn is required.
