Salary Range : $48000.00 - $58000.00

Description Assistant Manager - Lead, Grow, and Make an Impact with Taco Bell! Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.

What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager :

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
