Pay: $20 – $22/hr

Little Ruby’s Dallas, part of our growing café brand, is seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and are passionate about crafting fresh, flavorful dishes, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare menu items accurately and consistently according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at your station
• Assist with prep work, portioning, and plating during service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
• Support the kitchen team with side work, setup, and breakdown duties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a high-volume kitchen preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
