Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Job Description :
Processing Specialist I performs basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include operating mail and scanning equipment, opening and batching mail, sorting transactions, and preparing outgoing packages while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate mail extraction and scanning equipment
- Open, sort, and batch checks, invoices, and coupons
- Perform quality checks and prepare outgoing shipments
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and client standards
- Perform minor equipment adjustments as needed
