Associate
As a Brokerage Associate focused on business development at Cushman & Wakefield, you will support a leading multi-market team with the necessary activities to grow the pipeline and secure client relationships for the firm. Downtime will be marginal as you will be involved in client outreach from day one. The team will coach you on producing qualified leads, booking, and preparing for new client meetings. This is a fast-paced, demanding position on a great team perfect for someone that's eager to make their mark in real estate.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is : 3508 Broker with a $50,000 draw that is 50% Broker Guaranteed & 50% Recoverable.
