New York Licensed Indirect Tax Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Indirect Tax.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly US Sales and Use Tax returns across multiple jurisdictions

Manage tax filing calendar and coordinate with third-party service providers for timely remittance of tax payments

Research and document tax notices from authorities and support internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in US Sales and Use Tax compliance and planning

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

CPA or Master's degree in Accounting or Tax preferred

Experience with Vertex, Avalara, and NetSuite is a plus

Ability to manage time effectively to meet strict filing deadlines
