A company is looking for a Client Service Associate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive client support through communication with advisors and clients, managing time-sensitive tasks
Educate clients and advisors on services and technology while contributing to peer development and project work
Perform administrative duties including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and processing expense reports
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a client service role within financial services or wealth management
3+ years of operational and administrative experience supporting licensed financial advisors
Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e., SIE, Series 7, and 66)
Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
