Associate Attorney

Mevorah & Giglio Law Offices is an established general practice law firm located in DuPage County for more than 45 years with offices in Lombard and Bloomingdale. We are seeking an attorney to join our Firm in the Lombard office who is hungry and wants to make a lot of money with an Innovative Bonus Plan.

A high percentage of our work is in family law, as such we seek an associate who is passionate about divorce/family law. We also handle immigration criminal, personal injury, workers' compensation, real estate, probate and other general practice matters so experience in any of these areas of law is valuable. Firm provides an exceptional opportunity for a candidate who seeks a high level of responsibility and a diverse workload.

Candidates should have an out-going personality as he or she will work directly with clients along with excellent research and writing skills. Associate will be responsible for his or her own files, but may be called upon to assist other Attorneys in the Firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed attorney
• Strong knowledge of Family Law, Immigration Law, Workers Compensation Law, Criminal or Personal Injury preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent legal drafting skills with a keen eye for detail
