Anyone can pitch a product, but exceptional sales professionals create solutions. Which are you? Rollon by Timken is looking for a top-performing Regional Sales Representative to take charge of our New England territory. We need a driven sales professional who can deepen relationships with key accounts, open new doors, and represent a global leader in industrial motion solutions. If you're motivated by growth, energized by challenges, and ready to be the go-to partner for your customers, this is your opportunity to make your mark.

States in this territory are: MA, ME, NH, VT, CT, RI and candidates from any of these states will be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Drive growth: Increase sales across your territory by winning new business and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Build trust: Develop and maintain close, customer-centric relationships, becoming the first call when clients need motion solutions.
  • Strategize & execute: Create and deliver an annual business plan to hit ambitious sales goals.
  • Collaborate internally: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to provide customers with the best solutions.
  • Expand reach: Develop business through High Tech Distributor (HTD) partners while targeting and penetrating key accounts.
  • Stay sharp: Master product knowledge and applications through training and ongoing learning.
  • Lead conversations: Deliver tailored, impactful sales presentations that speak to each customer's unique needs.
  • Track & report: Manage your pipeline, keep CRM records updated, and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Represent Rollon: Attend trade shows and industry events, serving as the face of the company.
  • Travel: 50% of travel required, including overnight stays.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering degree strongly preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial field sales experience in automation, motion control, or linear motion systems.
  • Skills: Competitive, results-driven sales professional with proven ability to manage a full sales cycle. Strong communicator and relationship builder.
  • Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
