Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to support global billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily billing operations with timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts

Manage invoice uploads to client portals and maintain global supplier and customer portals

Collaborate with commercial teams to confirm client billing requirements and resolve inquiries

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with Dynamics 365 and NetSuite is a plus

Knowledge of legal billing practices and terminology is highly desirable

Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and commitment to meeting deadlines

Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure

Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills
